PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part which prevents a void from being formed in a connection part connecting a printed board and a surface mounted part, which is superior in an electric characteristic and whose mechanical strength is high. SOLUTION: The electronic part 1 is provided with the printed board 10, a pad 30 which is arranged on the surface of the printed board 10 and which forms a terminal region and the surface mounted part 20 having a plurality of connection terminals composed of solder. In the electronic part 1, the connection terminals of the surface mounted part 20 are melted and cured and are connected to the pad 30 arranged on the surface of the printed board 10.
