METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FLUORESCENT LAMP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a recovery rate of a fluorescent material without retaining a fluorescent powder in a glass container in a method for manufacturing a fluorescent lamp having a step of forming a fluorescent layer in a predetermined range of an inner surface of the container. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the fluorescent lamp includes the steps of coating the inner surface of the container with a coating liquid containing the powder, blowing a hot wind from an outer surface of a bottom of the container 42 of a round bottom flask shape formed with a coating film and forcibly drying the coating film [(1)-(4)]. On the way of the drying step, a cleaning liquid is discharged from a nozzle to flush the coating film of a semi-dried state to thereby form the fluorescent layer in a necessary range on the inner surface of the container 42.
