PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe marking device for simply drawing a line for visual confirmation in a required position of the pipe. SOLUTION: This pipe marking device includes: a base plate part 1 abutting on the end face 7 of the pipe 4; a guide plate part 2 turned in the longitudinal direction of the pipe 4 along the outer surface of the pipe 4 with the base plate part 1 abutting on the end face 7 of the pipe 4 and rotated around the periphery of the outer surface of the pipe 4; and a pen holder part 3, holding a marking pen 8 with the pen tip 9 brought into contact with the outer surface of the pipe 4, freely slid in the longitudinal direction to the guide plate part 2, and rotated around the outer surface of the pipe 4 with the guide plate part 2.
