PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage decomposing device which completely decomposes garbage by microorganisms and discharges the decomposed garbage in a liquid state. SOLUTION: The device having a garbage charging port in the upper part is constituted of an agitating means operated by rotary power of a motor installed in a treating vessel, a water discharging vessel installed at the lower part of the treating vessel to discharge liquid material to the outside, and a water supplying means keeping the water discharging vessel clean and sanitary under the control of the water environment of the treating vessel by supplying and spraying water to the treating vessel at a specified interval. A temperature sensor is installed at the outside of the treating vessel to keep a constant temperature by a sensed temperature. Temperature and water are controlled by a program. Thereby, a problem, such as wasteful use of limited resources, by repetition of mass production, mass consumption and mass disposal is resolved and occurrence of harmful substances caused by treatment of waste difficult to dispose in final waste disposal facilities can be dealt adequately.
