PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tea beverage containing oil soluble components of tea without being mixed with tea fine powder. SOLUTION: This tea beverage is obtained by the following process: adding an extract containing oil soluble components obtained by extracting tea leaves or tea seeds as squeezed juice or/and with a solvent to tea extract liquid obtained by extracting tea leaves via an aqueous medium such as warm water together with an emulsifier or an emulsion stabilizer so as to emulsify the mixture to obtain an O/W emulsified substance to admix the oil soluble components into the tea beverage. Through this process, the oil soluble components of the tea are contained into the tea beverage. Further, in this process, the oil soluble components are uniformly dispersed in the tea beverage owing to the emulsifier, and thereby cause no turbidity and precipitates.
