PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce occurrence of dust in exchange of a culture medium and enable simple exchange of the culture medium and facilitate automation of exchange of the culture medium. SOLUTION: A culture vessel 1 is equipped with a vessel body 2 capable of storing the culture medium and a culture surface member 4 having an area nearly equivalent to the bottom surface 5 of the culture vessel body 2 and having a flat culturing surface 6 inserted so as to able to take out it in the vessel body 2.
