<p>A device for determining the suitability of a communications satellite antenna reception device site has a bubble level and inclinometer for orienting the device vertically and horizontally. The device also carries a magnetic compass and an azimuth dial for establishing orientation relative to magnetic North and True North. The device also carries a declination slider and an inclinometer for establishing celestial declination of a satellite spacecraft. A viewing lens is used to observe obstructions, or the lack thereof, along the line of site between the antenna reception device and the satellite spacecraft.</p> |
