<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump air conditioning system capable of performing air conditioning by utilizing a ceiling chamber to save energy. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of indoor air conditioning units A of heat pump type performing heat exchange of indoor air in a room E by air in a ceiling of the ceiling chamber F are provided. An air conditioning unit B for ceiling of heat pump type performing heat exchange of air in the ceiling by outside air is provided.
