<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fuel consumption by reducing the electric power consumed by an air supply unit, while transient response of the output required for a fuel cell vehicle is ensured. <P>SOLUTION: A target generation amount calculating part 23 calculates a target generated amount of a fuel cell body 2, based on vehicle speed and accelerator operation. A running resistance estimating part 24 estimates the running resistance of a fuel cell vehicle 1, based on the vehicle speed and the electric power supplied to a running motor 8, which is calculated by a generated power calculating part 20. An air supply control part 25 controls, to decrease stoichiometric ratio of the air supplied to a fuel cell body 6 from a compressor 4, if the running resistance decreases. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
