<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing which is simply manufactured, machined and manufactured with a machine having a simple structure and recyclable without metallic stable supporter with a simple means. <P>SOLUTION: This invention provides a strand shaped vehicle packing with a flexible reinforcement and a manufacturing method and a device for a vehicle packing. The vehicle packing forms a strand consisting of at least two different matters of reinforcement. The strand consists of a plurality of segments (1) of nonmetallic soft and elastic material and a plurality of segments of other nonmetallic but shape stable and bending resistant material.
