METHOD FOR PRODUCING COMPOSITE STRUCTURE AND THE RESULTANT COMPOSITE STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for directly forming a brittle material structure on a resin substrate. SOLUTION: The method comprises the following process. The valve of a nitrogen gas cylinder 101 is turned on and a high-purity nitrogen gas is introduced via a gas feed pipe 102 into an aerosol generator 103 to generate aerosol as a mixture of the high-purity nitrogen gas and aluminum oxide microparticles. The aerosol is fed via a aerosol feed pipe 104 to a nozzle 106 and jetted in high speed via the opening of the nozzle 106, wherein the flow of the high-purity nitrogen gas is set at 7 L/min. The aerosol jetted through the nozzle 106 impinges on a plastic substrate 108 and the brittle material structure is formed on the impinge part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
