PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately inform of positional information, and to immediately know the destination without a troublesome operation on the receiving side, in a system capable of notifying a destination such as a meeting place by utilizing communication. SOLUTION: When a tone recognition mode is inputted, it is determined whether a position information code is inputted or a dial tone signal is inputted (S410). When a position information code is inputted, the dial tone signal corresponding to the position information code is generated (S420, S430), and transmitted to a partner (S440, S450). When the dial tone signal is inputted, the position information code corresponding to the dial tone signal is calculated by performing inverse transformation (S470), and the position information code is converted into latitude/longitude coordinates (S490), to thereby display a map of a corresponding region (S500).
