摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional drive circuit, wherein the current consumption is large, because a constant through-current always flows from node of a power source potential VCC to node of a ground potential GND through a transistor and a constant-current source. SOLUTION: This driving circuit 20 is provided with a level shift circuit 21 for outputting a potential V22 higher than an input potential VI for the prescribed voltage ¾VTP¾+ VTN, a pull-up circuit 30 for outputting the potential VI lower than the outputting potential V22 of the level shift circuit 21 for the prescribed voltage ¾VTP¾+ VTN to the an output node N30, a level shift circuit 25 for outputting a potential V27 lower than the input potential VI just for the prescribed voltage ¾VTP¾+ VTN, a pull-down circuit 33 for outputting the potential VI higher than the output potential V27 of the level shift circuit 25 for the prescribed voltage ¾VTP¾+ VTN to the output node N30, and a capacitor 29 connected between the output nodes N22 and N27 of the level shift circuits 21 and 25.
