PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin inspecting device for improving operation reliability at the time of constraining a stop lever. SOLUTION: The coin inspecting device is provided with a first pin 1, a second pin 4 erected on a freely rotatable insert lever 2 for allowing a coin 3 with a predetermined diameter to pass by relatively moving to the first pin 1, and a third pin 5 erected on a freely rotatable lock lever 5, and arranged in the passage route of the coin 3 wherein the driving of the rotation of the lock lever 5 is carried out according to the rotation of the insert lever 2 when the second pin 4 moves, and the third pin 6 is saved to the passable position of the coin 3 to allow the coin 3 to pass. The driving of the rotation of the lock lever 5 by the insert lever 2 is carried out through a spring body 7 mounted on the insert lever 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
