PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified model preparation support device with excellent operability. SOLUTION: Points on the surface of a detailed shape model are selected by a mouse. Each of the selected points is connected by lines to finally form a plane constituted of the points selected when performing a surface preparation instruction by the mouse and the lines to connect the points as sides.
