PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus that fixes a body where a torsional spring is mounted to the external thread section of a bolt, utilizes force accumulated in the spring as rotational force, and is devised to additionally tighten a target nut for a long time. SOLUTION: An upper nut 5 and a lower nut (with legs) 9 are arranged so that they are in one piece with a torque control mechanism 6. Further, the torsional spring 8 is mounted to the lower nut (with legs) 9. The an apparatus thus composed is fixed to the external thread section of the bolt 4.
