PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit driving force to an output side without loss during driving force transmission, and to minimize resistance in idling of an input side rotor during driving force non-transmission. SOLUTION: Main connecting parts 21 and 40 meshed by energization of a coil spring 7 and releasing meshing by movement of an inner side sleeve body 4 toward a direction resisting energizing force of the coil spring 7 are provided in the inner side sleeve body 4 and the input side rotor 2. Sub connecting parts 41 and 50 rotated along with an outer side sleeve body 5 by rotation of the inner side sleeve body 4 meshing the main connecting part 40 with the main connecting part 21 of the input side rotor 2 are provided in the inner side sleeve body 4 and the outer side sleeve body 5. Both the sub connecting part 41 of the inner side sleeve body 4 and the sub connecting part 50 of the outer side sleeve body 5 are provided with cam faces 42 and 51 moving the inner side sleeve body 4 in the direction resisting the energizing force by stopping rotation of the outer side sleeve body 5 by a braking means 6.
