PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-way valve having a simple structure, and reducing lowering of heat efficiency. SOLUTION: A first valve part 40 is arranged in a passage to a fluid outlet 13 from a first fluid inlet 11, and a second valve part 50 is arranged in the passage to the fluid outlet from a second fluid inlet 12, and both valves are opened-closed by one solenoid valve 30. The first valve part 40 has a first valve part hole 14, a first valve chest 46 communicating with the first fluid inlet, a first valve element 41 arranged in the first valve part hole 14 and energized in the first valve seat direction by a first valve energizing body 43, a first back pressure acting space 45 for allowing fluid pressure of the first fluid inlet side to act on the first valve element and a first pilot passage 24 communicating with the first back pressure acting space. The second valve part has a second valve part hole 15, a second valve chest 56 communicating with the second fluid inlet, a second valve element 51 arranged in the second valve part hole and energized in the second valve seat direction by a second valve energizing body 53, a second back pressure acting space 55 for allowing fluid pressure of the second fluid inlet side to act on the second valve element and a second pilot passage 25 communicating with the second back pressure acting space.
