PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-way valve having a simple structure, and reducing reduction in heat efficiency. SOLUTION: This three-way valve has a fluid inlet 1, a first outlet 2 and a second outlet 3 and allowing fluid flowing in from the fluid inlet to flow out of either of the first outlet or the second outlet. A first main valve 20 and a second main valve 30 are arranged in a passage to the second outlet 3. The first outlet 2 is arranged in the first main valve 20. The first outlet or the second outlet is selected by reducing back pressure of either of the first main valve 20 and the second main valve 30 by a solenoid valve 50. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
