PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize bearing pressure by providing a metallic gasket with a bead formed around a fluid hole which is larger than a curvature radius of the fluid hole, forming entire peripheral of the bead in an arc shape and preventing permanent set in fatigue of the bead and equalizing spring constant. SOLUTION: In the metallic gasket, the fluid hole 4 for opening on at least one of elastic plates 2, 3 is formed to be practically a square or a rectangular and half beads 5, 6 are formed along the peripheral of the fluid hole 4 on the elastic metal plates 2, 3. Contours of the half beads 5, 6 are formed in a shape of which an area corresponding to a corner 31 of the fluid hole 4 has a curvature radius R2 larger than a curvature radius R1 of the corner part 31 and generally formed in a smooth arc shape which is extending.
