PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which is curable by actinic radiations and can be used as a coating material capable of forming a cured coating film excellent in the ease of stain removal, a polydimethylsiloxane contained in the composition, and a cured coating film and a coated article which are formed by using the composition. SOLUTION: The composition curable by actinic radiations comprises essentially a polydimethylsiloxane (A) having a total of four or more terminal functional groups curable by actinic radiations. The polydimethylsiloxane (A) preferably comprises one obtained by reacting a polydimethylsiloxane (A1) having terminal alcoholic hydroxyl groups with a compound (A2) having two or more isocyanato groups, and then with a compound (A3) having a hydroxyl group and two or more functional groups curable by actinic radiations.
