The invention relates to a pneumatic spring system for a vehicle, which is embodied as a partially closed system, wherein, air can be suctioned from the atmosphere and/or air can be dispersed into the atmosphere, if required. Said spring system comprises one first component (4) which is connected to the atmosphere. The inventive pneumatic spring system enables more efficient regeneration of the air drier. The first component (4) is used exclusively for suctioning air from the atmosphere and at least one second component (2) which is connected to the atmosphere, is used exclusively for dispersing compressed-air into the atmosphere. Preferably, the invention can be used in pneumatically sprung passenger vehicles.
