The bicycle holder and/or stand (1,1') has a support foot, in an approximate triangular form, and an arm with a holder for each stay (2,3,2',3') of the bicycle (4). The support foot and the arm are detachably connected, whereby the arm has a pin for inserting in a hole in the support foot. At least one stay holder is detachably fitted on the arm, whereby a plug-in element fits into a hole in the arm. The stay holders have a J-form design.
