<p>A method of analysing fluid flow in a conduit. The internal volume of the conduit is scanned to generate data representing three dimensional geometry of the conduit architecture and fluid flow within the conduit. A three dimensional geometry of the conduit architecture is constructed from the generated data. A computational mesh is selected to apply to the geometry and the computational mesh is then applied to the geometry to process data from the geometry for analysis. A first fluid analysis model is selected and a first set of boundary conditions are selected. A first analysis is then performed to the processed data using the first fluid analysis model and the first set of boundary conditions.</p>
