PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify user equipment in multiplex communications by shared frequency spectrums of a TDD/CDMA communication scheme or the like. SOLUTION: In a CDMA communication system, a plurality of data signals are transmitted from the transmitting side via the shared frequency spectrums. The transmitted data signals receive similar channel responses. On the receiving side, a synthetic signal of the transmitted data signals is received. The synthetic signal is sampled as at a speed which is a multiple of a chip velocity. A channel response to the synthetic signal is calculated. A synthetic signal sample value and a channel response estimate are used to calculate a first element of a spread data vector. A coefficient from the calculation of the first element is used to calculate remaining elements of the spread data vector.
