PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital signal recording and reproducing device in which influence of crosstalks caused when writing by a write-head and read-out by a read are performed simultaneously can be lightened. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a write-head 101 writing data, a read-head 103 reading data, and a signal equalizing circuit to which a digitally reproduced signal reproduced by the read-head 103 and a recording signal by the write-head 101 are inputted. The signal equalizing circuit constitutes a non-linear filter 106 using a neural net, and can effectively reduce influence of crosstalks. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
