摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce uneven pixels and flickers at both of a center and a periphery of an image display area in an electro-optic device such as a liquid crystal device. SOLUTION: The electro-optic device is provided with a plurality of pixel electrodes (9a), a TFT (thin-film transistor) (30) which performs switching control of the pixel electrodes, a scanning line (3a) which supplies scanning signals to a gate of the TFT, a data line (6a) which supplies image signals to the pixel electrodes via the TFT when the TFT is turned on and a scanning signal supply circuit (104) which supplies the scanning signals in line sequence on a substrate (10). The scanning signal supply circuit fixes the scanning signals to intermediate potential between high potential for turning on the TFT and low potential for turning off the TFT just for a prescribed time.
