PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly precise three-dimensional image processor in ray casting. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional image processor 100 is provided with an arithmetic part 102 for updating the arrival coordinate vector of a ray for each of preliminarily decided step vectors, and for compounding partial reflected light data in the arrival coordinate vector to obtain composite reflected light data and a control part 104 for deciding whether or not the gradient vector of voxels in ray casing is a zero gradient vector being a zero vector, and for setting invalid pixels in pixels on a projection face corresponding to the ray including the voxels whose gradient vector is decided as the zero gradient vector. Then, valid pixels whose valid pixel thresholds are MB or more are defined as pixels for correction processing, and invalid pixels are replaced with corrected pixels obtained, based on the pixels for correction processing so as to be corrected.
