PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealing performance without increasing torque and an amount of heat generation while causing no increase in cost and weight. SOLUTION: In this sealed rolling bearing 10, a seal lip 22 contacts a seal sliding surface 11a formed at the axial end part of an inner ring 11, with a prescribed lip interference over the whole periphery, and the ratio LW/Y of the product LW of the radial length L of the seal lip 22 of an annular sealing plate 20 and the thickness W of an arm part 22a of the seal lip 22, to the height Y of a head part 22b of the seal lip 22 is LW/Y=0.8 or more.
