PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leather-like structure having excellent water-repelling and oil-repelling properties and a stain-proof property, having strong adhesion to a film, excellent in wear resistance and not making the film opaque. SOLUTION: The leather-like structure is obtained by laminating a synthetic resin sheet to a fiber structure sheet.
