PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an interference between an arm or a work platform and a vehicle body at storage, in a vehicle for high lift work having a work platform at a tip of an arm mounted for derricking motion at a tip of a boom. SOLUTION: The vehicle for high lift work, which has the boom 5 disposed for derricking, revolving and other motion on the vehicle, the arm 13 mounted for vertical swing motion at a tip of the boom, and the work platform 9 mounted at a tip of the arm, has a limit switch (arm interference sensor) 34 for detecting whether a vertical swing angle of the arm relative to the boom is within an arm interference angle range or not, and a controller 40 for restricting derricking motion of the boom bringing the boom into a boom storing derricking range, if the limit switch detects that the arm is within the arm interference angle range.
