PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent performance to use electric outlets (single or plural) connected with wall outlets via plugs from being reduced or eliminated by factors such as a geometrical shape of a dispenser, and the like. SOLUTION: A steam dispense device of a plurality of outlets is structured so as to form an interface with an electric receptacle. As a result, the functionality of the outlet is substantially kept. In one aspect of this invention, the steam dispense device is structured so as to be connected to an electric receptacle having at least one outlet.
