PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take measures against a power failure and a fraudulent act without providing a winning ball delivery unit or a ball collecting cover. SOLUTION: A game control circuit 3 stores data based on a prize-ball putting-out count signal entered from set prize-ball putting-out count series sensors 5 and outputs it to a frame control circuit 8. The game control circuit 3 adds and stores data concerning the number of winnings or prize balls stored on the basis of data when the data outputted from the game control circuit 3 is received. The frame control circuit 8 subtracts and stores data concerning the number of winnings or price balls stored due to the putting-out of prize balls by a prize ball putting out unit 7 and retain the storage to prevent the data concerning the number of winnings or prize balls stored from being deleted during a power failure.
