<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell device in such structure that display of characters and figures formed on a light transmissive plate by a light emission body positioned in the side part is sufficiently viewed. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell device has a plate type solar cell 4, the light transmissive plate 3 installed on the photodetection surface side of the solar cell 4, the light emission body 7 which makes light incident from the side part of the light transmissive plate 3, and a groove part 6 which displays the characters and figures on one surface of the light transmissive plate 3, and is characterized in that the groove part 6 is filled with a material 6f irregularly reflecting the light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
