PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matching management system for providing the information of high reliability to a user, and smoothly performing the job offering activity and job seeking activity in safety.

SOLUTION: When a client 105 of a medical institution 115 requests the referral to a doctor, or when a client 106 of the doctor 116 requests the application to the medical institution, an information providing server 103 of an information providing company 113 registers and holds the request for referral and the request for application in the matching database 123 as the request information 261 (referral request information 262, application request information 263). An information management server 104 of an information management company 114 examines the contents of the request information on the basis of the medical institution information, the doctor information, the career information and the like as the information for making a decision, and returns a result of the examination on the advisability of the processing of the request information and the advisability of the presentation to the information providing server 103.
