<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document processor, a document processing method and a recording medium for assisting a user to find an uncharacteristic but required conceptual expression. <P>SOLUTION: In the document processor 1, a language analyzing portion 3 performs format element analysis and dependency structure analysis on a document set input from a document input portion 2, a document data structure generation portion 4 converts the document to a document data structure holding language information based on a language analyzing result by the language analyzing portion 3 and stores in a document data structure memory portion 5. When a conceptual expression specification portion 7 receives an input specifying a conceptual expression, a conceptual expression extraction portion 6 extracts a conceptual expression strongly related to the conceptual expression specified in the conceptual expression specification portion 7 from the document data structure stored in the document data structure memory portion 5 and displays the conceptual expression extraction result on a conceptual expression display portion 8.
