<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple oxygen dissolving device which gives a high dissolving performance and enhances dissolved oxygen by dissolving oxygen gas into water without requiring power. <P>SOLUTION: The device has a water feeding pipe, a gap installed at the wall of the pipe and communicating the inside of the pipe to the outside, an oxygen supply means supplying oxygen to the outside of the gap, and a pressure control means making the oxygen pressure outside the gap relatively smaller than the water feeding pressure inside the gap. The oxygen supply means has an oxygen container 30 covering the outside of the gap to form an oxygen chamber 36 and an oxygen supply pipe 92b supplying oxygen to the oxygen chamber 36. At some midpoint in the the oxygen supply pipe 92b, a junction tank 80 is interposed, and an air-out installed at the downstream position of the gap and a recovery pipe 73 piped from the air-out to the junction tank 80 are provided.
