PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for fixing a component capable of bonding a component to a ceramic substrate body with high positional accuracy with reference to the mounting face of the ceramic substrate body, and to provide a process for producing a ceramic substrate with a component. SOLUTION: The jig 201 for fixing a component comprises a component holding member 231 having a first face 237 abutting against a component 151 and a second face 233 located at a specified position with respect to the first face 237, and a substrate holding member 211 having a third face 219 abutting against the mounting face 117 of a ceramic substrate body 111 and a fourth face 221 located at a specified position with respect to the third face 219 and abutting against the second face 233.
