LAMINATED TYPE INDUCTOR, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, SCREEN MASK, AND SCREEN PRINTING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily manufacturing a laminated type inductor which is usable as an inductor for a DC power circuit which is free of a short-circuit defect and made low in resistance even when a conductor pattern is made thick. SOLUTION: A coil sheet 1 is constituted by forming a conductor pattern 3 on one plain ferrite sheet 2 by screen-printing conductor paste made of Ag. At one end of the conductor pattern 3 to form a coil, a through hole 4 for electric continuity with the conductor pattern 3 of the upper or lower coil sheet 1 is formed. A part of region in the through hole 4 is a conductor absent region 6 where no conductor paste is present. A plurality of coil sheets 1 are laminated, a plurality of plain ferrite sheets 2 which have no conductor patterns formed are laminated as a yoke above and below the coil sheets, and the laminated body is sintered to obtain the laminated type inductor.
