PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a supporting structure of a rotor and avoid the action of an offset load caused by an eccentricity, such as a tilt, of the rotor upon a screw engaging portion to obtain sufficient durability. SOLUTION: An axis portion 27B of a male screw axis 27 is inserted into a bearing hole 23A of a bearing member 23 attached to the rotor 20, and the rotor 20 is supported rotatably and movably in the axial direction, by the axis portion 27B of the male screw axis 27, at a site adjacent to the screw engaging portion between a female screw hole 22A of a female screw hole 22 and a male screw portion 27A.
