PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet suitable for membrane press molding, vacuum press molding, air pressure press molding and the like. SOLUTION: The resin sheet is obtained by adding a lubricant into a composition comprising (A) 50-99.9 wt.% wholly noncrystalline polyester resin and (D) 0.1-50 wt.% thermoplastic polyester elastomer and forming the obtained molding material, wherein the lubricant is one or more selected from hydrocarbon lubricants, fatty acid lubricants, aliphatic alcohol lubricants, aliphatic amide lubricants, aliphatic ester lubricants and aliphatic metallic soap lubricants. The resin sheet has excellent properties such as workability, formability, impact resistance and transparency and hardly causes plate out and is hardly whitened when embossing or thermal laminating.
