PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a silicon-free release agent which is free from silicone, exhibits a good release characteristic against various pressure-sensitive adhesives, does not transfer to an adhesive surface and is excellent in heat resistance, solvent resistance, rubbing-off performance (scratch resistance) and transfer coating performance. SOLUTION: The release agent contains (A) a polyolefin elastomer having an epoxy group and may contain (B) a reactive compound having a functional group reactive with an epoxy group.
