PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polybutylene terephthalate resin composition and its molded article produced by compounding a non-halogen flame-retardant to a polybutylene terephthalate resin or a mixture of a polybutylene terephthalate resin and a polyethylene terephthalate resin, having excellent fluidity and impact strength and suitable as mechanical parts, electrical and electronic parts or automobile parts especially necessitating permanent antistaticity. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polybutylene terephthalate resin composition is produced by compounding (A) 100 pts. wt. of a polybutylene terephthalate resin or a mixture of a polybutylene terephthalate resin and a polyethylene terephthalate resin with (B) 1-70 pts. wt. of a phosphoric acid ester and (C) 1-60 pts. wt. of an antistatic polymer.
