PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem of applying impact to a lifting base lifted along a mast, due to a joint formed by vertically jointing a mast when an automated warehouse becomes high although the mast without the joint is preferable. SOLUTION: This conveying device is provided with a traveling truck 2; a mast unit 61 erected on the traveling truck 2; and a lifting base 4 lifted along the mast unit 61. Guide parts 61a, 61a for regulating dislocation in an orthogonal direction to the moving direction of the lifting base 4 are formed at both side parts of the mast unit 61, and the lifting base 4 is provided with guide rollers 59, 59 guided along the guide parts 61a, 61a. The mast units 61, 61 are vertically connectable, and the joints of the guide parts 61a, 61a of the vertically arranged mast units 61, 61 are provided with connecting members 63 or joint members 110.
