PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a landing device of an elevator that can be easily installed while taking a configuration fitted with a fire closure device. SOLUTION: The fire closure device is housed in a case 16 and positioned within the head 5 of a three-way frame 4. The case 16 is attached to the head 5 of the three-way frame 4 by a first-class fitting 18. The case 16 is attached to the hanger case of an opening/closing device 7 by a second-class fitting 20. The case 16 is tightened to the three-way frame 4 and the opening/closing device 7 by the first-class fitting 18 and the second-class fitting 20, whereby the landing device configured to have the fire closure device can be easily installed in a short working time without requiring complex adjustments, resulting in enhanced working efficiency.
