PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifter device easily handleable on site. SOLUTION: The lifter device 1 comprises a bed 21 fixed on the ground, a lift platform 22 on which a square hole excavator 10 and lining elements are mounted, a scissors link mechanism 31 supporting the lift platform 22 vertically movably on the bed 21, and hydraulic cylinders (link driving means) 23 for expanding and folding the scissors link mechanism 31 to vertically move the lift platform 22. The scissors link mechanism 31 comprises crossing links 32 and 33, pivots 35 and 36 each coupling one end of the link 32, 33 pivotally to the bed 21 or lift platform 22, and rollers 37 and 38 each placing the other end of the link 32, 33 in rolling contact with the lift platform 22 or bed 21, and comprises knuckles 41 supporting rotary shafts of the rollers 37 pivotally to the links 32, and hydraulic cylinders (knuckle driving means) 42 for pivoting the knuckles 41 to change the angle of inclination of the lift platform 22.
