PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticking-substance removal device capable of separating and removing from a flexible container even a sticking substance sticking in small projection volume and with strong sticking force, and to provide packaged product manufacturing equipment having the device. SOLUTION: The equipment includes a suction port having a suction opening capable of covering the filling opening of the flexible container, and a shielding portion insertable into the filling opening. The equipment is provided with the sticking-substance removal device having a drive part which integrally moves the suction port and the shielding portion, thereby inserting the shielding portion into the container, and pulls from the container the shielding portion to which the flexible container is clinging.
