PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve certainty in attaching a bag to a strip in a bag making and packaging machine having a function of attaching the bag to the strip. SOLUTION: The bag making and packaging machine 1 includes a bag making part 10, a motor and a strip attaching part 30. The bag making part 10 manufactures the bag filled with an article. The motor supplies power for making the bag in the bag making part 10. The strip attaching part 30 performs an operation of attaching the bag made by the bag making part 10 to the strip S.
