PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a prior art double postal service envelope, make a reply envelope in a simple and easy manner and send it through a postal service. SOLUTION: A double postal service envelope having a sending one and a reply one is made such that the upper end of a rear side of the envelope is formed with a semi-circular seal opening part 4 which can be opened with the finger tip, and a glue is applied to the upper surface of a flap portion in such a way that the rear side of the envelope becomes an upper surface. The opening part of an envelope main body is opened by moving the finger tip in a rightward or leftward direction, the flap portion is glued and the envelope is sent back. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
