FASTENING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRE-DEFORMED PART

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain variation of fastening axial force and prevent lowering of fatigue strength of a bolt in fastening a pre-deformed part. SOLUTION: This device includes: an elevating means 16 of a wheel 1 for railway to which a brake disk is temporarily fastened; a positioning means 13 for the wheel 1 for railway raised from a transport line 25; a socket fitted to the head of a bolt of the positioned wheel 1 for railway to inhibit rotation of the bolt; a nut runner 15 disposed opposite to the socket for rotating the nut fitted to the bolt in the fastening direction; and a control board for controlling fastening of the nut runner 15 to the nut, The nut runner 15 is provided with an elevating mechanism 26 for approaching and separating from the socket. While bending stress generated in the bolt is restrained without a pressing press, the bolt is fastened with the stable fastening axial force. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
